What’s the first step in coaching?
The first step is deciding that you want to change something in your life! Then book your free first session with me! During that first session, we will introduce each other, explore what brings you to coaching and what you would like to achieve, and discuss the solution focused coaching process. You will experience a short coaching session on your topic that will give you an experience that will help you.
